1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 c almond milk

1 tbsp cashew butter

1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 tsp chia seeds

1 small frozen banana

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice*


Combine in blender and blend.


*May use cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger blend or individually if you do not have pumpkin pie spice
