1/4 cup organic, unrefined coconut oil

2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder

1 tsp agave nectar, maple syrup or honey

Dash cayenne (optional)

8 oz whole organic strawberries

Heat oil in a small sauce pan over medium heat until melted.  Add chocolate and whisk until blended.  Add  sweetener of choice and cayenne if using and mix.

Holding the stem of each strawberry, dip into chocolate until covered to stem.  Place on wax paper lined baking sheet.  Once finished, place in refrigerator until chocolate has hardened.

* May drizzle over strawberries instead of dipping to save time or use for any other fruit or nuts.
